These blocks did the trick, leveled out my old '81 W150. Had replaced the front springs years back with HD ones as I was thinking to put a plow on, never did, and truck sat high in the front end throwing off the steering alignment. I finally decided after 15 years to rectify this, started searching for taller blocks to replace the stock 3 inch ones, my measurements brought me to at least a 5.5 or 6 inch lift, didn't want to lower the shackles. Located this set, could not find any taller, so I ordered and installed, leveled the truck perfectly and corrected the steering angle. After requisite break in of 30 miles and re-torque of the u-bolts, Am satisfied. Over all quality was good, finish was rough, but nobody will see them anyway.
