I had to replace shower tile because of water damage. I didn't have the patience to put on the sealer according to instructions. Instead, I sprayed it directly onto all the tile rather than just the grout. It didn't discolor the tile or leave any visible residue. Now I can see the shower water bead up when the tile are wet. I'm highly satisfied and will likely give the shower stall a recoat yearly.

The spray is a bit too much product so make sure you clean the surrounding tiles after applying. Other than that the product itself works very well.

This product is really low odor you can even smell it and give you good and shine finish

Easy to apply but do recommend using a pain brush so you don’t waste the product. All in all a great sealer highly recommend

We have white grouting in our bathroom...it's not a great choice, but someone insisted that's what she wanted, so...The grout gets dirty and/or discolored and we clean it up with grout cleaners and bleach and some elbow grease. The older the bathroom gets, the more it has to be cleaned...the grout seems to get dirtier faster.Getting this grout sealer is an attempt to not have to spend as much time cleaning the grout.So far, I have tried cleaning the counter top (white tiles/white grout) and on one side of the sink I used this spray and the other side I left untreated. Will be interested in seeing if the sealer actually protects the grout and thus less time spent cleaning it.Once dry, I didn't notice any discoloration on the treated grout though to my eye it was a little duller than the untreated...again, not a major thing, but just to my eye. If the test works...I'll clean and spray on the rest of the counter and will work on the floor too. There's plenty of this sealer in the bottle to do an average sized bathroom.

Like that it is a spray. However, there is too much waste using only the spray feature. I bought one for the first of 2 showers that I needed to do. I used the spray feature for most of the shower and almost ran out before completing it. I attempted to use the foam brush provided in the box. However, the foam started to break off leaving residue on the shower wall.On my 2nd shower, I emptied liquid into a small plastic container and used a small straight edge paint brush that was stiff and brush was only about 2 inches long. This worked great! Once I had sealed all the grout, I still had some left, so I sprayed it in areas that had already dried.

Sprayed this sealer on shower tiles and it has helped prevent mold growth and mildew. Very pleased with this product.
