I love this item. we bought a couch that the last said this piece was broken and she hadn't used the chair in years. luckily I found this here and bought to try and it's great. it's basically a whole nee chair. it was easy to install and a great value for the money. I bought a second one to keep on hand . I love it

This handle appears to better made than the one that came with the sofa. Installation was a little difficult but doable.

The only thing I liked is that it arrived in a timely manner but other than that it only lasted 7 days and it broke. I will not bother ordering another one because I read some of the other reviews and another review said it broke again after ordering one a second time.I am just going to order a footrest and spend my money on that item.
