About this item

  • Performance: The on-demand tankless water heater boasts a heating capacity of 80,000 BTU and a hot water flow rate of 3.6 gallons per minute (GPM). It can provide continuous hot water for 2-3 water supply points, making it sufficient to meet the hot water needs of a household's bathroom, kitchen, and bar area.
  • No Waiting Required: Unlike traditional tank water heaters, tankless water heaters eliminate the need for a 30-minute preheating wait time, allowing you to have unlimited hot water on demand.
  • Provides 4 modes: Dish mode(100℉), Fruit mode(95℉), Elderly mode(104℉) and Infant mode(107℉). More convenient for you to use.
  • Save Money: The kit already includes the exhaust pipe, so you don't need to spend extra money on purchasing it separately. With an oxygen-free copper water tank, it reduces heat loss and lowers energy consumption. Applied with standard 1/2" NPT water fitting and gas inlet.
  • Recommendation: We strongly advise that all installations of the device adhere to local building and plumbing regulations at the installation location, and should be carried out by licensed professionals.(Not recommended for areas over 2,000 feet)

Good quality product; especially for the price. Better than a traditional water heater tank. Always have hot water on demand. Easy to do a self install- just make sure you have all the required tools, connectors, and hoses. Took me a few hours to install but that was because I didn't have all the correct tools and accessories. Be sure to follow instructions but also to open the panel before installation and make sure the digital display is connected. I would purchase again.

We had for a few months now. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up however, we did have to purchase a few additional parts. We are two adults and so far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!!

This is a great little water heater. Been running now for 6 month with zero trouble.. bought a used one first to save money but I think someone just stoled parts off it so sent back and just paid a extra 40 bucks got brand new and no issues . Good amount of hot water at 116 temp and shower blowing way more water then needed plus run a sink at same time. Or washer. All you need for single restroom house. Or shop. Buy it you be happy plus easy to use very simple to hook up . All 1/2 pipe thread. 3/4 pipe will have to be refuce to 1/2 inch

I purchased this hot water heater for my hand made travel trailer. And so far it's working very well. The other one that I had wasn't working out. Because on windy days, the wind would come through the vent pipe and shut off the burners. With the new one I don't have to worry about that because it has an assisted blower fan that over power's the wind. And it also has a trap door in the vent assembly in case there is a blow back situation for safety. In my opinion, this is a very nice tankless propane hot water heater.

Seems to be a good unit. I have it installed in a slightly heated office area in my pole barn (maybe 50-55*)I wasn't happy with the heat output on just one device (a hose to wash cars) I simply made the switch to 3/4" cold feed line. That has helped a lot. You might not need that but it can't hurt.My current ground water temp is also in the mid 40's so that's not helping the speed of the warm up either.Overall I'm happy with the unit as I bought it as a small unit for a sink and hoseSuper easy to install as long as you've done one before

Hot water tank started leaking so bought one of these to replace. Install went very smooth, the wife loves hot hot baths and this thing is almost to much. Can turn down the heat setting on the easily readable digital display.

Heater works very well, until the outside temperature drops below freezing. This heater is installed in the basement (average temperature 17 C ). Last night outside temp was minus 14C and the heater froze. Water would not go through the heater. Yes I checked the in going water pressure and was fine but water would not go through the heater. I used a hot air gun to heat the water heater core and after a few minutes the water began to flow through and the heater came on. This water heater is not made for cold climates. The cold comes in through the 3" flue vent and even though the heater is in a heated basement the water within the heater core will freeze. This is utterly unacceptable. I will need to instal a temperature controlled heater to blow warm air through the heater cabinet to keep the cold air, dropping down into cabinet, at bay. Any one have better solution? UPDATE So.. I installed a 300 watt ceramic heater and the heater still froze. Thank goodness it did not damage the heater. The manufacturer suggests I drain the heater each time we get cold weather. That means I can not use the heater for most of our winter. One could install a motorized damper but one would also need to insulate the flue. This along with the 300 watt heater may well prevent water heater from freezing. If you have a forced air furnace one can run the water heater flue into the main chimney (be certain that this is allowed in your area) I have done this and no more freezing. The heater seller makes no mention of this very important problem. I have contacted the seller they did quickly respond but offered no viable solution. Their letter, to me, stated I would get a refund and did not need to return the water heater. So far I have not received a refund.

No good for anywhere in Canada. For some reason all CSA approved units MUST have fresh air intake.

UPDATE: The manufacterer reached out and gave me a full refund. Great customer service! Original review below.Works great in good weather. The exhaust pipe leading straight from the heater to outside causes freezing though. Inside temps was at least 20C at all times, once we hit around -15C or so though the cold air coming in through the exhaust vent froze the pipes inside the unit. It froze on us twice and we defrosted it without issue. It hit -30C last night with wind chill and it froze up, after defrosting it had a massive leak spraying water all over. We had a space heater blowing on the unit all night, only other solution I can think of is to have the cover off with heat on it every night it is cold which requires the unit be shut down, not ideal.
