Simple to install. Well made. Solved my problem of having to wait long periods of time for water to get hot because my regular water heater is so far from the kitchen.

We have this to replace our dead old one that we had for more than 10 years. This unit performs well.

Is the first time having a tankless water heater.I do appreciate that as soon I use it to shower ,hot water came out. It is perfect for 2 people.I just love my water heater, it holds the hot water for at least 15 to 20 minute. Enough time for a shower.

This POU water heaterf seems to be the perfect size under our bathroom sink. This unit, unlike the ESB150 model that I originally installed did not have an internal leak and seems to be fine after 24 hours.Good heater for the money.

I like that this heater need not be wired in, making it easy to install. I find that it heats the water pretty quickly (although nothing beats the near instant heat of a standard water tank heater). It's great for the creation of secondary half bath situations because you only need to plumb a cold water line. So for an add-on sink or cleanup area this will work well. I'm not sure this would work well for something like a shower but I'm sure there are larger capacity version of this product available if that's what you need. Overall it's an interesting product that should save me time and money, your milage may vary.

The water heater is simple, a small tanks with a mechanical thermostat. My kitchen is far from the tank and I wanted my dishwasher to get hot water as soon as possible, so I give this one a try.The heater consumes 1380 W from the outlet, it can deliver enough water until the hot water reaches the inlet.I had issues using flexible hoses with it. It did not work, since the flexible hose has a conic rubber seal that sits on the inside of the pipe. The trick is that the water heater has some pipes going down the tank and the seal needs to be made on the outside of the 1/2 NPTM connection.I used some 1/2 NPTM-NPTF extenders and installed them on the tank, sealing at the outside of the pipes. Then, the flexible hose seals perfectly in the inside of the extenders. If I had uses PEX, then some 1/2 NPTF-PEX adapters would do the job, but I like the flexible hose option. The seal is good, but I don't use thin PTFE tape anymore, I found that the quality of pipe fittings has greatly reduced in the last 20 years, so I only use thick PTFE tape, or thick sealing paste. The pressure relief valve has some sealant already and nothing more is required for this one. Check your local code, you may need an expansion tanks in some areas.
