worked for about 4 months. bag replacements don't fit correctly and yes I have the true bags that go in it. Got it so we wouldn't have to replace a cheaper vacuum every 6 months, so lost a lot of money on this one!

I own/operate a cleaning service. I LOVE their HEPA 1500; but thought I'd give the new one a try-- it's o.k.It picks up, just doesn't have any type of "Drive" to it.

The vacuum came in quickly and with no issues in shipping. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was the materials were extremely cheap feeling. But I thought at this price point, maybe that is what it is supposed to be. Assembly was fairly easy, but once you start it up, I noticed that there was not as much suction as I would have expected, which is disappointing to say the least. I have purchased vacuums at much better prices and better machines with it. Either pricing has to come way down, or materials and durability has to come way up to make this a commercially viable option.

Ok, so this vacuum is heavy, but it cleans so well. I've been taking care of my mom's dog, who sheds three dog's worth of hair a day and I also can be a bit messy with spilling. Between the two of us, this vacuum has made all of the difference. It gets everything up and more. It gets up dirt and grime I didn't know existed in the carpet. I've always vacuumed every other day, but with this vacuum cleaner, just looking at what it pulled up, I was wasting my time.

I own a carpet cleaning business and we LOVE the ProTeam XP1500. I saw this new one and decided to try it. This one does not live up to ProTeam's reputation or the usability of the 1500. It's adequate and that is all. The 1500 is the one to buy at approximately the same price. Much easier to use and better cleaning.
