I ordered two and they arrived pretty quickly which is good when plants are being shipped. The plants themselves look pretty good. I'd give them an 8 out 10. The boxes they were shipped in were pretty beat up but did their job of protecting the plant inside. I didn't find a lot of breakage to the plant itself. It looked pretty good upon arrival, maybe just a little wilted, but the soil it was planted in was bone dry in the pot, so I watered them immediately and left them in a cool spot for a couple of days with a little more watering before we planted them in the ground. They were not root bound in the pot as you find quite often. I do not see any buds for blooms on either of the two plants I received so we'll see what happens over the next few weeks now that they are in the ground. I find their shape to be a little odd. Almost as if they were grown without room to spread out as they grew because they have the shape of the upright rectangular box and haven't relaxed any after several days. Now that they are planted in the ground, I'm hoping over time that they acquire a more natural and pleasing shape to them. Overall, I am happy enough with the two plants I received. I do feel that they were pricey but I was willing to pay that for the convenience of ordering on-line. I'm not a master gardener by any stretch of the imagination, but gardening has been lifelong hobby of mine, so I do typically have success with most plants. I may post an update later on after they've had a good amount of growing time in the garden so I can see how well they respond.AN UPDATE: I am happy to report that after about a week or so in the ground, they look great. They have taken on a more normal shape and both bushes have the beginnings of multiple flower buds on them. They both look happy and healthy. I've updated from 4 stars to 5 for that reason.

This Hydrangea Bobo is perfect in every way--beautifully tended and carefully wrapped for shipping. The plant arrived in very healthy condition and was a perfect size for the space where I was placing it. Although it was a smaller, newer plant, it produced lovely flowers all season and had a good rate of new growth. A bunny tried chewing at several of the branches, but the growth all came back, thankfully. I could tell the bunny did not like to eat this plant as it left the chewed off branches on the ground, so it is safe, at least, from future foils. It is a beautiful addition to a smaller corner landscaping area on the side of our porch. I strongly recommend this nursery for anyone in need of a plant.

After ordering I was worried that I might receive a pretty rough looking, possibly half dead small plant, since it was getting shipped to me. I even contemplated canceling my order after I found Home Depot having a 50% off Tree and Shrub sale. For the same #2 size Home Depot and for roughly around half the price than Amazon's prices.However I decided to keep my order and bought different varieties of hydrangeas at Home Depot.My order was delayed a little and the box was a bit crushed when it arrived. I was so worried until I opened the box. Then I was pleasantly surprised. The little lime hydrangea was big and full of blooms and so beautiful. There was only one little branch broken on the bottom but the rest of the plant survived and looked healthy. I have a picture of one of the plants from Home Depot planted on the right next to the plant I received from Amazon. Both plants are Proven Winner varieties and are expected to grow to the same height. As you can see the one from Home Depot is much smaller in size and hardly any buds. The Little Lime hydrangeas was pretty root bound but I guess that is to be expected since it was mid July when I received that plant. I assume if you buy the plant earlier in the season, the plant would be smaller and may not have any blooms yet. I would absolutely buy Proven Winners plant from Amazon again.

Green Promise Farms has become my go to place for difficult to source plants. Wide selection, I don’t have to use my time running to different nurseries trying to find the plant I want. The plants are always healthy, well packed and promptly delivered. ðŸ‘

I'm very happy with my purchase. This was huge when I got the box off. Had a lot of buds didn't think they would blossom since its late in the season but they have opened up and very pretty. Has a nice full shape and has grown a lot in the middle of summer. All of the soil was still in the pot, but I could tell it had been on its side at some point.Lost some leaves due to plant shock and it adjusting to its new home but expected. Would not recommend buying in the middle of summer especially not during extreme heat as you will need to water it daily but it will survive the 90s.

I ordered this beautiful Hydrangea shortly before Christmas knowing fully well that shipping would most likely be rough. But with that said, I have ordered several plants from Green Promise Farms and my plants have been packaged so well that I was willing to take the chance and order. I could not find this Hydrangea locally, and this is one of the best times to plant in our region. We have just purchased a new home needing new gorgeous plants! The shipping box arrived today while we were out and our security camera relayed the video of the box delivered on our doorstep. The box was in shambles with the bottom torn open, showing the bottom of the pot! The top of the box had been retaped. When I saw the images on my phone I was so worried that this lovely plant might be damaged. Well, the box was thrashed but the precious plant inside was relatively untouched as it had been very securely packaged!!! One very tiny limb was bent and that was it! This was a 3 gallon pot! Very impressive! Thank you so much!
