Your cart is empty.The new Sunshine Ligustrum from the Southern Living Plant Collection completely reinvents the traditional Privet! It’s coveted for its vibrant golden-yellow, evergreen foliage. This is a true landscaping treasure, and once you know it, you’ll recognize it wherever you see it. New growth emerges as a delicate lime green, which does a phenomenal job of awakening the landscape from its winter slumber. This foliage will continuously intensify as spring turns into summer, at which point they will be a gleaming shade of gold. The more sunlight they get, the better. More sun produces more yellow leaves, while less sun results in more yellow-green foliage. This Ligustrum proves itself to be incredibly versatile. Its compact and upright form makes for a tremendous natural hedge, no pruning required! At maturity, it reaches only 3-4′ wide by 3-6′ tall. Consequently, it also lends itself to trimming, if that’s more your speed. Shape this beauty into uniform hedges or small topiaries. I planted these healthy, gorgeous, tall shrubs the following morning after delivery, and they are thriving! I love how they look in the lawn! I planted them along my property line as a visual divider between my neighbor’s lawn and mine. I will purchase more. They are deer resistant…so far!

This plant came one day early. It was boxed and packaged perfectly! The box had up arrows to indicate the direction it should be handled in. The plants came in a solid plastic container, filled with soil, absorbent, material like wood shavings, or something, and slow release fertilizer. The plastic container was completely sealed with a plastic bag and cinched tightly, so it would not leak. Around the plant was a cardboard collar, keeping it from shifting inside the box and crushing the foliage. The plants are healthy, vibrant, and ready to plant. I honestly am so impressed by this company! I will look for them and buy plants from only them in the future. Best buy!

This plant is very beautiful. I received it early by 3 days. It was packed very well and had minor leaf loss. I waited a few days so it could acclimate to our desert conditions. Before planting, I amended the sandy soil with topsoil. So far, it is doing well. Summer will be the big test for this plant.

Plant arrived in good condition and is a wonderful, bright lime green, hardy, and fast growing accent in the garden. Great in a container with waterfalling annuals like deep blue trailing verbena/calibrachoa, etc. at edges. Soft leaves can be easily scissored into a globe shape.

All 5 plants arrived carefully packaged, healthy and ready to plant. Have been in 3 months, looking really good and thriving, already doubled in size. Price was much better than I found locally plus delivery to my door was very convenient. I chose them to brighten up a part of my garden that is in front of a dark brick wall. They are perfect in that spot. I will order again from this seller.
