Installed on my 2020 tundra with minimal head ache. The instructions are fairly clear and was done in about 30 to 40 minutes. Drops down and stows very crisply. Great value and looks good

I wish I had read more reviews on here before I installed this step on my truck. If I had, I probably would have just cut the OEM factory bumper support for this one to fit, and not installed the provided one. That was what took the majority of the time and effort in the install and the new one is not as thick as the old one. I even had to cut the factory one to get it out. Other than that, it was a pretty easy install. It seems steady enough for my 230 lbs, as long as I don't step on the very end of the step. I guess time will tell.

Purchased one of these for my new 2024 Tundra. It was a fraction of the cost of others I was considering and it was very easy to install. My only concern is the step itself is plastic (seems to be very strong plastic). I’m concerned that repeated use, or exposure to UV rays could shorten the life expectancy of the step. I justified getting past my concern because the cost was so low.

Buckle up if the underside of your vehicle has any rust. For a DIYer who is trying to Save money, this was a nightmare. I sheared three of the five bolts on the solid Toyota bumper reinforcement, and stopped there. The supplied bumper reinforcement is half the thickness of the original Toyota one, and seems cheap. You have to takeoff so many parts in order to access, the reinforcement unit, it’s easy to break or tear up old brittle plastic.I Ended up paying $200 plus parts for stainless steel bolts. At the end of the day this step cost me about $365. While The step “seems†solid, it’s a little wiggly. I hope it lasts!

It fits perfectly on the 2024 toyota tundra not had any issues with it. Make sure you follow the torque specs, and you shouldn't have any issues. If you get confused on how to install from the paper instructions that is provided, YouTube is you best friend.
