Looks good! I was concerned that it wouldn’t fit the SR5 model but had no issues. Took about 30 minutes to install by myself, another set of hands would be helpful though. Been wanting this skid plate for a long time now, glad I finally got it.

Definitely an upgrade on the 2016 taco sport. This plate is heavy! Also recommend you get a 8m x 1.25 tap if you live in an area with snow or rain. Living in Michigan the rear bolt holes were rusted since the old skid plate did not use the bolts needed by the new plate for the two bolts at the rear of the skid plate. You also have to remove the brackets holding the old skid plate to install the new one. Overall huge upgrade, OEM quality, direct bolt on, access port for oil filter without removing entire skid plate.

Skid plate was exactly what I wanted and needed. Covers the entire front half of the underbody, was easy to install and looks badass. I am fond of the 0.25" aluminum and love the cast AL look. Got it used, like new from Amazon but still arrived with all the standoffs and longer bolts. One of the shorter bolts was missing but I simply reused one of the bolts from the old tin skid plate. Has an integrated access cover for engine services that is removed with a couple off Allen head bolts.

Fit my 2023 Trail Tacoma as should. Requires minimal effort to install and results are crispy clean. Shipping was fairly fast too. Recommend this product t for sure.

Fits perfectly and looks mean. Only issue was that one of the 12mm bolts was missing from the box but seller responded immediately and is sending a replacement bolt so I give 5 stars for product and service.

I spent 8 hours trying to install the skid plate and couldn’t get it to fit so I took it to a Toyota dealership and they couldn’t install it because the plate doesn’t fit over the truck cross member . If you have a SR Tacoma beware this skid plate will not fit .

Product was shipped and delivered very timely. Installed on 2017 TRD Off-Road. Fit was perfect and product is definitely genuine Toyota part. I installed this by myself, without a floor jack and I would highly recommend using either another person, or a jack. On the 4 most frontward bolts, you will be replacing the factory crossmember bolts. The new ones come pre mounted to the skid plate with these really interesting spacers for clearance. At first I thought they were just there to hold the bolts in place pre-install and I couldn't figure out how the heck I was going to get them off (until I finally lost a bit of my manhood and decided to read the directions). These are supposed to be there so don't take them off! After all said and done, install time from start to finish (including removing the factory O/R skids) was about 30 min. Thicker and more rigid than the TRD O/R Skids as anticipated. Good stuff!

Reluctantly bought this but wanted a beefier skid plate. This is a heavy duty piece. Hardware included, easy install included torque specs. Looks great, shipped fast. Highly recommend if you use your truck off road. Much improved over the factory tin piece.

Genuine OEM part. Missing two bolts for the rear but was able to snag two M8x1.25x35mm bolts for a few pennies. Looks great! Much nicer than the cheap factory skid!

Genuine Toyota part, However box came damaged, plate had scratches in it and instructions were missing (but it's not hard to install anyway)
