The elastic did stretch and snap a lot when I put them on like a lot of reviews said. However, they were so comfortable I didn’t care. I would sleep in them. I love that there’s an underwear piece in there too so I feel very secure and covered. The color was true to the image (black camo), they were not see through at all. My iPhone fit perfectly in the pocket. I am 5’11†and they still went over my belly button even though it was just barely. Held everything in. Will definitely be ordering more.

I got SO excited when I saw reviews saying these were too high waisted and loose on the thighs, because that's what I look for in shorts! Purchased on Jun 8, 2024 for $27. Measurements at bottom. Overall, these do have minor issues (mainly snapping in the waistband when pulled on), but they're such a rare find in swimwear that I'm still rating them 5 stars (I'd do 4.5 if I could). Definitely recommend if you're wanting something actually high waisted that won't cause sausage thighs!FEATURES: Two pockets, one on each side. They were 5.5" by 3.75" so should fit most phones. Shorts have a band at the top of the waistband to help them stay up, which I like in swimwear. Inside briefs were comfortable and I didn't notice any panty lines. No front seam, back seams were straight across. Triangle shaped gusset, which is pleasantly surprising! No loose seams/strings at initial try on. Thick thigh friendly. Fabric is quick dry and stretchy, not too tight on my hips. Waistband is wide enough that it's better for lower tummy control than any other swim shorts I've tried. I measured an inseam of 1.75", rise 10.5", waistband 4" tall, waist length 12" (on size XS).CONS: I heard a lot of snapping from the waistband when I was pulling them on 😬 These shorts are great for people with larger hips/thighs so I'm confused as to why that was an issue. I dislike how the back seams are straight across, a slight V shape would be more flattering. They didn't roll on me but they did like to ride up to sit in my thigh crease, which I expected with the short length. The waist on these was a bit too loose for me to feel comfortable swimming in (I need security in my swimwear). I am going to return them because of this.SIZING: The top band could cause some cutting in on larger waists, so that's something to consider. I'd say they're true to size. If in between sizes I would personally size down to eliminate any looseness. With the shorts being thick thigh/hip friendly, sizing based on your waist is probably a safe choice.MY MEASUREMENTS: 5'8" with long torso, 125lb, upper thighs 23", hips 39", waist 24". I'm not very muscular, but clothing for athletic/hourglass bodies fits me best if that helps.

I have had both hips replaced, so I was looking for boy short swim bottoms to hide my scars. The shorts fit nicely and I like them on me except they ride up on me. I found a fix for that, I wear them with my underwear. That has fixed the problem to make them more comfortable. They are long enough to cover my scars too.

Finally making these types of things for women! These shorts are comfortable, flattering and they HAVE POCKETS! What more do you want? My daughter wanted these as part of a two piece swim suit, because she was looking for something modest and comfortable. I ordered two sizes because I wasn't sure which one she was going to like. She ended up loving these, and kept one, they looked adorable on her, but what doesn't look adorable on a 16 year old? I was going to return the other size, but tried it on for kicks and grins first. Well I'll be....they were great! So flattering, they looked cute even on me?! And so comfortable! Imagine laying out under a shady umbrella, hearing the crashing waves, wearing a pair of these, a fiver nestled in your pocket so you can tip the lovely gentleman that just brought you a margarita. Anyway, I ended up keeping them for myself. I bought a large, I usually wear an 8/10 but I'm pretty thicc and the large was fine, no tightness or squeezing, so if that helps. Don't pass these up!

These swim shorts hit all the marks. They are comfy, they stay in place, they are long enough to give you a little coverage but not so long they look like bike shorts. I've had them a couple of months and they are holding up quite nicely. Plus they have POCKETS!I'm a mom and I just needed something that would cover me and stay in place and I wouldn't have to think about my clothing while I'm swimming with my kids. These are perfect.I don't like very tight clothing so I went up a size. There is a little extra material bc of that choice, but they still stay very securely on my body. I am sure my regular size would have fit great, but I know I would be pulling and yanking on them

These swim shorts are perfect. Purchased for a trip to California to pair with a swim tank so I could wear them casually and to also swim in when stopping at several beaches without having to change into a "swimsuit." These shorts are amazingly comfortable and fit perfectly. The material is super soft, washes up well, and can be dried in the dryer. They dry quickly and keep you dry. I sweat profusely and didn't even notice when wearing these shorts. The separate liner is a plus. I love them so much I ordered more colors.
