Love these!! Resistance is perfect and gives you a good workout. I like that you can vary the length by folding in half. Good quality material nice colors. I am a bit concerned about the feel though it's almost sticky feeling hopefully that will go away. I will be using everyday in my workout routine.

I have a home gym and as a girl I want fun girl colors and functionality. These bands are stretchy and perfect for my needs. But be warned, they aren't super heavy so if you're really strong you might need heavier bands.

I bought this set to replace a couple of bands that are getting old. The widest dark purple one (~1†wide) and the light purple (~1/2â€) ones are similar to the ones I use for assisted pull-ups. The 1/4†pink one is very light; it would be good for rehab., or just a bit of an assist when the stronger bands would make a movement too easy (i.e. assisting a Pilates roll-up). The bands can be used doubled, but then the length would be shorter. Nice that the set comes with a door anchor, and a carry bag if you want to travel with it. It also has a sheet with exercises if you’re new to resistance exercises or just want a reminder. I just got these so I can’t say how durable they are, but if they last as long as my previous bands they’re a great value.

The original package that i was sent had been opened and used, but after speaking with the seller they replaced my item. The bands are great and the seller was very responsive and helpful!

After they viewed photos that I sent of the nicks in the band, they agreed that this was not up to their standards. They offered to send me a replacement, and showed me several options from which to choose. The new package they shipped to me arrived the next day, and everything was in perfect condition. Throughout this process, they were quick to respond to my messages, extremely apologetic and helpful, and provided exemplary customer service. 5 stars for this seller and 5 stars for the product.Original review:These bands have relatively light resistance. If you need bands for pull-up assist, these would not be the ones to order; you'd need much heavier resistance for that, unless you're quite experienced and need only the lightest of assistance.For non-pull-up uses, these bands, especially the 2 thinnest ones, are more for beginners or for people who are doing rehab and can only tolerate light resistance.The heaviest band, the purple one, is heavier than the conventional black bands that I've used at gyms in the past.The 2nd heaviest, the blue one, has just slightly less resistance than the conventional black bands.The very light purple one is similar to the resistance offered by those thin red bands that I've seen at gyms.The light pink one is so extremely light that I think it would be most appropriate for those recovering from injury and are in rehab.The bands are the prettiest that I've ever seen. In the gym, these unusual colours will help prevent any mix-ups about whose bands belong to whom. One friend joked that no one would steal pink and purple gym equipment, so these colours may actually deter theft, lol.I would have rated this set of loop bands 5 stars, but the light pink one that I got came all tangled up and it had several nicks in it. From experience, I know that where a band has nicks, it will eventually wear out and break, and someone could lose an eye when it snaps.The other 3 bands were neatly coiled in their packaging, and had no imperfections. I wonder if I was sent an open box, and the pink one had been previously used. Because of this, I can only rate what I received as a 3 stars product. (This review was edited to reflect that the vendor replaced the pink band for free, and the replacement was perfect, so I changed my rating to 5 stars--see opening paragraph.)
