I truly enjoy these bands and have made my workouts even better. The different resistance are a good upgrade from one another. What I love the most about them is that they don't slide off easily. The quality is high too it doesn't feel cheap at all. I enjoyed them so much that I bought another set for my partner.

I loved that this was great quality I purchased many resistance bands for the glutes that were really cheap looking too thin or too flimsy but this quality was really good it didn't hurt it didn't rub awkwardly it fit good on my body and it was easy to use it was very sturdy and I could tell it's very well made it was stretchy you can definitely take these anywhere and use them for a great workout as soon results it's great value and I can tell it's very durable and will continue to last for a very long time

Perfect resistance, great colors. I have thick thighs, they did not rise up or slip during testing and they fit fine (duck walks, side steps, leg lifts) but do have a HORRIBLY POTENT AND STRONG rubber (??) smell or whatever chemical it is.Hand wash it and you’re good, buy them if you’re on the fence. When I put them over my legs they felt like super tight pair of pants, but they were movable and had the perfect amount of resistance with their respective levels (light medium heavy.. GOOD LUCK WITH HEAVY…)I had another pair a couple years ago that were the regular rubber bands and all they did was rise up!! They were not thick/thick thigh friendly. THESE ARE THOUGH. I can tell they’re durable and will last. I’ll update after a few months. Safe shopping!

These are good. They do not roll regardless of where they are placed. They do not hurt or feel like they are going to cut off circulation or leave permanent marks. I have big legs so that's a plus.

Total waste of money . After using once or twice, band started damaged like in the photos. I had to order another company bands.. not much resistance in the hard band also. Purpose is not served.
