These bands are great and fun to use. Nice and wide and love the extra length which allows different stretching positions, grips, and tension options. Seems well made and like the colors which allows one to identify the light, medium, and heavy. One knock though, when you first get them, air them out for a couple of days and that rubber smell goes away.

Good quality bands that are long enough for many uses. They are wider, 5.5 inches, than the previous bands I've had, but will accommodate more uses and I think they will hold up better. The bands are in 3 levels, light, medium and extra heavy so you can add more resistance as you progress with your routine. Really nice, would highly recommend.

Perfect addition to the home gym. Save yourself money and do the PT exercises yourself. Quality bands that have already lasted awhile. Good thickness and variety of tension.

Bought these to help me after rotator cuff surgery. They did well as my recovery went along and I progressed to the strongest band. Decided to continue to use them after my recovery was complete and that is when they broke.
