These obviously aren't going to be AMAZING for the price and what they're offering, but I'm just starting to work out more frequently and they do the job perfectly well. They feel flimsy, but I've yet to snap one after regular use for a month or so now.

I got a set of these exact bands for myself years ago, and still have/use them all! the Black ones quite heavy and one of my favorite additions to my home gym for body weight days! But, my mom wants to get into toning now and i loved these so much myself i got her a set for her stocking. great buy!

These exercise bands are what I needed. I had others one but they fit right so I decided to try these and see how they worked and I love the sizes and band quality. My workout with these bands have been effective!

I love these bands. I have re-ordered a sec and group as the black ones stretched out a bit with my usage. Not unusual to have them stretch a bit. These bands make exercise always a possibility and are great for travel, as they amount to nothing in the suitcase except perhaps a bit of guilt if not used...

These bands are okay. Not amazing, but perhaps to be expected for this price point. They roll very easily so some exercises are a bit hard to do.

It's just a big size rubber band. No instructions are mentioned in any of the bands. Do not buy this product.

The heavy band (black one) is not good in quality and seems to tear within a week of usage.The lighter ones seems good, but does not hold true for the progressive ones. Not worth the money spent.
