Great Product for Warming Up to Prevent Atheletic Injury, or for Strength Building. I love the fact that you have access to 5 different resistance levels. Tons of great fitness, and strength building exercises, for general fitness, or for almost any sport can be done with these bands. The take up little storage space, so you can use them at just about any time or plave you want.Overall a Really Great Product, which I have been using every day since I received them!

One word, PERFECT. All you need when transversing from physical therapy apts to finishing up at your home. Each color identifies how much resistance they are, nice and wide so there easy to grip when using, and there built to last, great quality. Definitely recommend.

These bands work great. I use them every day for my home therapy. The colors are identified for strength but may not match the ones at your local physical therapy location.

The perfect selection of bands for every level of exercise. As my strength increases i am able to move to a stronger band. They are long enough to utilize in various ways for a very affected, full body workout. Easy to store.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say these bands are one of the best I’ve tried. They come in different resistance levels, from light to heavy, and have great elasticity, providing solid resistance compared to others I’ve used. Perfect for weightlifters or anyone looking to improve mobility—highly recommend!

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance... Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :(I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.

The products are circular bands not the long open bands as shown in the picture.
