These bands are excellent quality. The multiple resistances and thicknesses are great for adjusting your workout. The multicolor pack looks awesome and makes choosing the correct resistance a breeze. Carry bag is not included. I would highly recommend this product. The price is great as well.

These are high quality resistance bands. They have a slight texture to them which holds them in place while using them. Purchased after recommended by my physical therapist. Variety of resistance bands in the pack which makes it easy to make exercises easier or harder!

I have used plastic bands that were stretched out so fast. These marvelous bands are made of high-quality material that is just terrific. I recommend them highly. I used them today and was able to put them on my hands, wrists, legs and feet. You can do great strength training anywhere with these and they will fit many areas of your body. Good-sized bands. They are so much fun to use and they will last for a very long time. Sturdy, good strength bands that will make your workouts very fun with great results. Amazing!

These have got to be the beat resistance bands I have ever used. They are slip resistant during high intensity workouts. They stayed in place no rolling or bunching. They are made of durable material and light weight. Love this product!

I recently had a shoulder replacement and my physical therapist uses these for some of my exercises. I looked into them and saw how many things they can be used for and decided to get a set. The are extremely well made, much better than the normal elastic resistance bands you see. They come in various strengths and I highly recommend them.

Got for wife to build legs from neuropathy from chemo and these are great. I like that it has 5 different strenghts so she can use it easily. They don't roll up and nicely made. They are not a real thick material so will it last who knows but it works and you can start out light and work your way up. I had ordered another brand but the lightest was just too hard to use. So yeah ...nice

Perfect for not getting shoe dirt on your mini bands. We call the black one a seatbelt because it's basically impossible to stretch. We're talking maximum stretch of 1 foot for lateral steps. 10/10 entertainment.These are great for clients with limited mobility.

Looking to add some resistance to your workouts? They’re lightweight and portable, and the price is right. My girlfriend has used them and just loves them. They don't seem to slip when using them and there's lots of different resistances to choose from. Youtube is a great source of material to watch what trainers do while using these bands.
