The tension of the band was perfect and I was able to use it at my recent PT session for my shoulder. The band was well made and my PT was able to show me exercises that will strengthen my injured operated shoulder. Thank you for carrying this item!

This light weight band works really well for a cardio boxing workout. Not much resistance, since they are only 10 pounds but I hook them to the wall and punch, jabs, straights, and other boxing techniques to improve speed performance, also for a good chest and shoulders light workout.

Initially great, but unfortunately handles didn’t hold up. I’ve only had for 3 months and one of the grips broke. :/

I got this for at home exercise classes and it is better than what I was using at the gym. Thicker tube and comfortable handles. Bought several others in various resistances.

No complaints about the product other than it is too short for my needs. I will need to return it. I tried to find a measurement given in the description but couldn't find it and so decided to take a chance. I would urge the company to clearly state the length of the cable in their description.
