Love these bands, so versatile and compact. Even traveling you can throw them in a bag or suitcase and still workout, can’t do that with barbells. A set of bands cost less than a 20 pound barbell and about 19 pounds lighter.

The set includes bands of different resistance. I am not a super athlete; hence, the range covers all my needs, even for the strongest of my muscles. There are a couple of drawbacks. I am tall, 6'2", and I would like them a bit longer. Also, they have sharp edges that cut into palms. Using gloves would make it perfectly comfortable.

I invested in these because I was looking for something to add to our home workouts. These bands are strong and sturdy. They feel like they'll hold up for a long time. I can see these lasting me a lifetime. I love the different sizes which makes it helpful for different exercises.

A great set of bands to add to your home gym. They come in a bag and all the bands have their own little rubber band to roll them up and store easy. I throw the pack in my suitcase to keep up with my goals while traveling. Reliable quality, they won’t break or fray

The bands are not 100% like the pictures, the only difference is that bands are not branded, after 1 week trial the quality is good.
