Really good material and very effective. Perfect for the price. They didn't slip when I was working out. If you do have pets, their hair sticks to it unfortunately. But easily removed. Comes with a perfect bag for storage too.

These resistance loop exercise bands are a great addition to my workout routine. They're perfect for adding an extra challenge to exercises like squats, lunges, and glute bridges. The different resistance levels are helpful for progressing my workouts. They're also compact and portable, making them easy to take with me to the gym or when traveling. The bands seem durable so far, and they haven't snapped or rolled up during my workouts. For the price, they're a fantastic value and a great way to spice up my training.

Thin but good value. The straps are thin and not quite as good of quality as another set I own. I have one I use for travel and one for home. I will use this set for travel. Just okay. I like the fact that you have several bands but the hardest level is what I generally use and I am almost 70 so if you are younger and use to a good work out this may not provide enough resistance for you. They don’t slip and are comfortable to use. The bag size is adequate for travel.

Bands look and feel great but the bag to store them in came with a broken clip. Bought these for my 9 year old daughters dance class (conditioning) and she loves the colors!

Exactly what I needed recommended by physical therapy. They stay in place. They're extremely comfortable and slip resistant easy to use. They don't have a funny smell and perfect stretchability

Overall it's not bad. The different levels are a nice toch, but after using them for about a week now they're useless. If you wanna feel a good burn you use the highest level for everything pretty much, so there's no real point in having the others. They roll up very easily and makes it hard to manage to do a majority of things and they're thin so I often worry about them breaking. However, they're not entirely useless. It came with a little manual for different things to try out with them which I found very useful and charming. But if you want something that's good quality and made for whatever you wanna do with I'd recommend finding something else. I never tried these kinda things before and I saw mixed reviews and wanted to try it anyway to form my own opinion, so they're not terrible, but not great either. Find something more worth your money unless you don't plan on doing much with them. I'd also like to mention I'm a smaller sized person, not petite, but small. So maybe the level difference is just me as a person and it's different for everyone. But either way, find something different. And remember this is Amazon, not a lot will end up good quality lol

This is a great set of resistance bands that comes in a variety of resistance from very easy or light to very heavy. I purchased several sets of these to use in fitness classes with my students. I like the pretty colors. the size works well with most people and it resist, rolling and slipping. This was a great value for the money.

The strengths are listed in colors and printed on each band. I work out daily to stay healthy and strong and these are great tools.

This is more low quality Amazon crap. The bands are really thin and even the “heavy†one is practically useless for me. I’m going to a sports shop and buying a proper band.
