I wanted to purchase some resistance booty bands and start working out. I found these and read the reviews and pulled the plunge and bought them. Let me tell you, they are worth every penny, and then some! You get three different bands, which have different resistance levels. They are made out of very sturdy material and will last forever!

Great quality. Easy to use. Stays in place when performing exercises and does roll or fold. The colors are helpful to quickly select the correct level of intensity.

Light, medium and heavy resistance bands! Perfect for so many different workouts. They’re thick and wide banded so they don’t cut into your legs like a different band I have. Bonus points because they’re cute colors!

These used to be my favorite. I’ve repurchased and the quality seems to have changed. I believe the newer sets have less resistance than the older sets. I still believe these are a great versatile option for any traveler or home-gym user. They’re not fussy as you can roll them up and throw them in the bag to go. No issues rolling up or slipping. 3 options are really all you need so it’s a good set. Material is good and the width is perfect.

I love these bands ! A great value for money and they are so comfortable to use . The strength is amazing . The best I found . The three strengths they have and size was the deal breaker for me . They are so durable and easy to use . They are part of my exercise routine daily .

Nutze sie für Bein- und Armtraining. Ich find sie super. Die Bänder haben eine gute Qualität. Leiern nicht aus. Die Festigkeit ist sehr gut.Kann sie sehr empfehlen.Gerade auch für Fortgeschrittene Sportler.
