Very useful for a myriad of exercises. The cost is low so they're a must-have for any home gym, and or, to carry to your local gym so you don't have to use the germ-covered gym's bands.

These are quality bands of latex that will do the job for resistance training and the price is right, but they are not for the average woman. The lightest one is OK, but the others are for muscle men. Good product great price, but too stiff for most.

I use them for physical therapy exercises. So far they work for me very well. I like differentgrades of tensions they provide. Good qualityresistance bands for very good price.

I needed a resistance band while doing floor and gym leg exercising, I found these various strength resistance bands to be perfect to workout with.

I ordered this set because as people who use resistance bands know, they dry out and snap over time (just like rubber bands). This set was offered at a great price, 5 bands for just a dollar each. They came with a small back cinch-close back for storage - I think this was unnecessary, but some users may appreciate it. They seem to be excellent quality. I especially like that the strength is stamped right on each band - e.g., so I don't have to remember that blue is x-light, green is heavy, etc. One thing that surprised me is that the lightest band is a bit thicker than all of the other ones - I'm not sure why this is, and I would have preferred if they'd all been the wider width. But that's a small issue, and overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
