I bought this product to support continued recovery after physical therapy. Green is a middle weight band after red and blue. I think it is about 5lbs resistance. I recommend working your way up if you are a beginner. Great for working outer hip and thigh.

Are you a slingshot enthusiast interested in shooting butterfly style? If so, these are the bands for you! Excellent for long band applications with an extremely fast retraction rate. These are the standard when it comes to butterfly. Be aware that they do wear quickly because they are so thin! This is a part of butterfly shooting you can't get out of, however.To determine cut length, find your draw length and divide it by 5 for the best mix between band life and speed. Looking for extreme speed? Divide your draw by 6. I personally like to double band each side for more speed. I also taper the bands from 1.5cm to 1cm for extra speed. Don't taper anything more extreme than a 3:2 ratio, as it is going to seriously cut down band life without a worthwhile increase in speed.Pair the bands with a SuperSure pouch and thin cotton string, and you've got yourself a winning combo. For around 300 FPS with .375" steel, expect about 250 shots a bandset. These can be made to shoot VERY fast, so play around with dimensions to find what you like best! Cut with an Olfa rotary cutter and a good straightedge. If cuts are not extremely straight and cut in one pass, rips will occur and seriously diminish band life.

I bought various Therabands to complete my PT exercises. They used to be sold in rolls and you could purchase different colors depending on the resistance needed. Also, there used to be a pack with rolls of more than one color. Now they are sold in 6 foot lengths of one color. Once this length breaks due to use with exercises, you need to buy it again. In the past, I chose the length needed from a roll, cut it, and had more on the roll for future workouts. This is a much better way to sell this product. The seller, in this case, is apparently in a rush to make a few extra bucks without giving enough Theraband length or varietyThese bands work great with a number of different exercises!

This is not nearly as strong as my old level 5 or 6 bands. I was very disappointed. A problem when buying on line. THe quality is ok but the product does not meet my expectations.

I was doing retraction and depression exercises with the band at the shoulder and waist level and the band snapped into two pieces within the first week of usage. I'm now using the snapped pair individually and still performing some stretches, but I can't do any shoulder raises or exercises which require further length. I don't know if it was because this is the lowest difficulty band or because of the seller, but the band should not be breaking this quickly for exercises that it's designed for. I will be ordering another higher resistance band from another provider to be safe.
