These are great. Very resistant, good size. Love the soft fabric material - much better on bare skin than the latex kind that stick to skin and hurt when they stretch against bare legs. Also they don’t roll up like those. They have silicone on one side for slip-proofing and the other side is soft. Highly recommended

These work great. I have seen many people try to use rubber ones and they simply don’t work well on your legs as they bunch up. These stay in place and have a lot of tension in them making them great to workout with! I am moderately active. My job keeps me on my feet all day but I don’t work out much. Even the band with the least resistance gives me a decent workout. I really love them! This was also the best price I could find on these specific bands. There is also a carrying bag so they are easy to move around and easy to keep track of.
