This is the same brand of exercise band used by licensed physical therapists. They worked well easy to adjust well-made but under tension at a certain point because of some inherent weakness to the material they do break.

These are the genuine Theraband product prescribed by physical therapists everywhere. I was worried at first after reading some reviews that they were knockoffs that break easily, sometimes after one use. But after using them for one month I can tell you they are sturdy and durable.The best explanation I can offer for the reports of breakage is that the users do not know the function of the product. This is not your old-style Charles Atlas steel spring strength training product. It is intended for use in a specified way on an isolated muscle or muscle group, often for rehabilitation after injury. If people are using it to see how hard, or how fast, they can pull, that is not the intended purpose. I suppose that's why the label the box "CAUTION: For Professional Use Only," repeated in four languages.One warning is that they don't last forever. When I got a new injury, I dug into a cabinet for a set of bands I had from a previous visit to a physical therapist 5 or so years ago. The bands were dried out and broke on first use. This is just the nature of latex, an organic tree product. These were just single bands that my therapist had cut for me from her roll. I expect the bands in the packaged roll to last longer, as they are treated with talcum powder to preserve them.

These resistance bands were being used by the physical therapist during therapy sessions, and they were purchased to do the same exercises at home. They are high quality and were less costly than the same Theraband products that were available locally. I can recommend the Theraband products without reservation, as they are of high quality.

Good value. It allows you to get the length of theraband that you need, a big advantage over those that are sold at a pre arranged length.

This is an amazing product, a lot of other resistance band options on amazon are smaller lengths or different resistance levels or "booty loops". However they are much more expensive than this product. You can get it all here at a low price.- More resistance? Just grab closer together or if you want a lot more just double up. It may not be perfect depending on the exact range of motion you want but I've had no problem getting the right resistance for various exercises even as I got stronger.- Booty loop? I just tied the ends together and wrapped it around a couple of times.It may not be quite as convenient as having different shapes and resistances ready to go in different bands but the flexibility of doing all the exercises with a single bit of equipment is excellent. Right now I'm actually just using the full length however once I figure out the exercises I like the most I might trim it down a bit to avoid the excess hanging there.
