After using these for a year, they’ve held up well, and I love having 3 resistance levels for more variety of use. I can wear them on bare legs or leggings with no pinch or slide issues. I also love the well-labeled strengths that match the colors (lighter color for lighter resistance). The carry bag is generously sized, but just small enough to keep them organized when you roll them up to put away.

Bought these to replace rubber ones that kept rolling up every time I use them. These are perfect! They don’t roll up and are comfortable to use! Love them!

These are my first real bands to buy for working out at home. I was surprised by the quality! The bands are sturdy but soft elastic fabric, with silicone on the inside to help keep them in place. I love that you have three band strengths to choose from and long, narrower bands too for upper body. There are instructions with leg and arm exercises as well as a bag for storage. I really enjoy using them and these would be great for any fitness level. I highly recommend this handy set!

For travelers, these bands are made well, don't take up much space, have convenient carry bag, and are great for a full body resistance workout once at your destination. A good addition as a runner.
