I just received these today, but I was so impressed with them that I had to leave a review right away. The quality you get for the offered price , it’s a no brainer.First of all the packaging was very good. The quality of the bands really seem nice , even the case is a better quality than the ones that comes along the rubber/latex ones .The bands are good size wise ,resistance of the light, medium and heavy are as expected, it feels comfortable and it doesn’t Roll.The only thing that may throw some people off is the smell when you open the package. It has a weird strong rubbery smell to it. However I think that will eventually fade away. I won’t be able to comment on the longevity right now but I may update later.

I have these for over two years and they’re still in good shape. I use them when I exercise at home at least three times a week. I stick to medium strength up to this day, the thickest one is still too heavy for me ha!

Lwe wanted a better set then we had before. These were a great approvement for our home workout box.They don't cut in or bend like our last set. They work wonderfully.I plan on getting several more to give away for gifts in the future.

After using these bands, I will never go back to using the elastic bands on my body. These bands are well constructed, secure, very strong, comfortable, and downright pretty. Great value for your money as well. I sent a set to each of my sisters and two friends. And now I have to hunt for them around the house because my hubby has taken them to his workout area! Do not just for women.

When I picked these bands I had read a lot of reviews and found a lot didn't feel they stretched much so I was leary of getting them. After getting them I wonder if there ideas of the stretching ability was the problem. Don't get me wrong they aren't going to stretch like the rubbery stretch bands you use for other workouts, these are stronger so don't stretch forever they add resistance to your workouts along with some stretching. Keep in mind your expectations of a band to decide what bands you want. If you understand and purchase what you are wanting for the correct exercise and these fit that bill, you won't be disappointed.

Okay so, firstly, yes, I am real. No, I do not work for the seller, or know them. I bought these because I was experiencing really back shoulder tension from sitting at a computer for too long. In one day of over the head exercise with these bands that had gone. Also, what I had not counted on, was these bands being AMAZING!!! I do not use that word lightly. They are a fair price. They are well made. Really well made! They look good. easy to put in a pocket and take anywhere. But most importantly they actually give your body and incredible workout. I am someone who exercises a lot, I use weights, but these are now my goto piece of gym equipment. You can literally make up so many full body exercises. I liked them so much I have bulk bought loads more. Hopefully the price will stay low because that is what really made me want to write this review; if I had to pay more I probably would start double thinking. But currently, as the price sits, I totally recommend you get some. Now! Oh and by the way, I used to have the other type rubber bands for stretching exercises but they ended up getting left in a cupboard because they felt really horrible stretching and smelled of rubber every time you stretched them. The material of these are perfect. Seriously, I dare you to buy them and tell me that you do not find a great use for them. Enjoy.
