Does not hold solid in door frame or between walls. My daughter, weighing 69 lbs was sliding the bar out of the frame. Not with the money at all.

I have a lot of neck shoulder issues and found that hanging from a bar is great for releasing tension. I use it daily several times a day. I hope to get my mobility back so I can start doing pull-ups. I'm happy and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Got these for my kids rooms so they could work on their upper body strength. Super easy to put up. Maybe worked too well. Both of them have push in the sides of the door frame. We took them down for now in case the kids were being too wild with them, but 100% planning on keeping them until they get a little older. Super durable

With the way the trim on my doors is I am unable to use this. Seems nice though!

Awesome set. The bar was super easy to install. Took less than a minute and I love that there were no drilling or screws required. The fact that it doesn’t damage my door frame is definitely a thoughtful design feature. The bar adjusts it width to fit snugly in my doorway. I didn't need the supporting angles. The bar, on its own, holds 220lbs great without slipping--feels solid and safe. The people in my house use this for pull ups. I cannot do a pullup yet, but I am practicing with this bar. The included resistance bands are great for leg and arm workouts. They have different resistance levels. Overall, I find this to be a great set for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
