I got this silicon tubing from Vine to use as buffers on the bottom of the grill tops on my gas stove. The stand-off tips were scratching the surface of the stove they were sitting on, and the original rubber plugs melted after using for a while. I had been looking for anything that might fit and stop the stove top from getting scratched so much. I didn't know if this silicon tubing could hold up to the heat without melting, but it is doing a wonderful job. I have a few other ideas to use it for too. I am extremely happy with how it is staying in place and not letting the heat of the gas stove change it's shape. Since I got these on Vine, I will be paying taxes on the full cost of the items when I file next spring.

I needed a pump for my fish tank, never thought about just buying silicone hose. It just came up in my feed. So glad I did, because the pump works fine and now it is in working condition. I like the added cutter, thought it wasn’t necessary in this case, good to have around maybe for other purposes.’the silicone is strong yet flexible and I’m sure I’ll find use for remaining hose somewhere.
