The frets are a bit sharp, and the low strings have bad intonation problems that may not be fixable without moving the bridge. That said, it has an impressive tone for such a small instrument, and feels otherwise playable. The strap mine came with had hard plastic ends that didn't fit the instrument, so I couldn't use it. The amplifier it came with doesn't do low end tones well at all, so I used a different amp. Also the cable it came with did not have a right angle as it showed, though the tuner was fine. I plan on putting some work into this instrument and think that after that it will be a lot of fun as a guitalele type instrument. I already did a recording with it that I had planned on using a full size guitar for originally, partly to experiment but partly because it seemed good enough in terms of tone and playability. Some quad rails and a coil split, maybe some thicker strings to increase tension, it should be ready to rock.

This set is a great way for kids to get started with learning how to play an electric guitar. I love how it came with so many accessories. The guitar itself is sturdy and well made. I definitely recommend buying!

Got this for my son for Christmas. Out of the box it needed a lot of work. I play guitar myself and know how to set them up so I didn’t mind working on it, but for someone without the know how it might be disappointing. I wanted to write a review with my own experience so you know what you might be getting into.The nut isn’t glued in so that will need to be done otherwise it moves around. The fret ends we’re super sharp and need to be filed. The frets were corroded and needed to be polished. The neck angle was off making the action on the high frets super high so the neck needed to be shimmed. The intonation was very sharp and the saddles had to move back. When doing so the screw was too long and was hitting the strings, so I had to trim the screw down to get the saddle as far back as it would go. It’s still sharp on the 3 low strings but close enough for my son to play.Overall for the price paid it’s a nice little kit for my son to get started as it comes with everything he’d need.

I have a six-year-old who wanted an electric guitar, and this was the design he favored. It fits his size perfectly and has a great sound quality. It has many additional accessories such as straps, a carrier, and a tuner. My son is still too young around my area for lessons in which the quality of this guitar may be up for debate by professionals. But this is a great option for those who want to get their kids something to explore the possibilities of music without making a more expensive commitment to an instrument.

L aguitarra está muy bonita, pero desafortunadamente me llegó defectuosa de la cubierta de esmalte negro, ya que en cuanto la saqué de su empaque, note que se estaba descarapelando, por lo cual he decidido devolvrla, porque se ha emepzado a correr de otras partes y en unos cuantos dÃas la guitarra se comenzará a ver como si fuera vieja.
