My aged deck was sagging due to improper installation. This product fixed the issue with no problems. Great product. Very sturdy and easy to use. And for anyone who wants to be prepared for the install, the nut is 1 3/16ths. Make sure you have a wrench that size or it's back to the store.

These worked perfectly for my needs. I had several deck posts that had rotted out at the ground. I fitted them to some concrete pillars (perfect fit) and the adjustability is great to get everything level again. I only had to cut the rotten sections out instead of replacing the entire posts and the posts are no longer in ground contact!

Have my 24x16 deck supported by a bunch of these. Have not had to adjust any but everything is holding the same as it did 5 years ago. Used them again to build playhouse, Lots of options for installation, work well in prefab deck blocks.
