We got these for our daughter to wear to dance and they seem to be good quality. They are high waisted and the elasticity seems to be good. They do seem to be a little longer than what the picture in the description shows. Other than that they seem to be exactly as described and they fit as expected.

Ordered size 8-9 for my daughter who is between size 8 and 10. Fits perfectly and form fitted. Stretchy and soft. These are ideal athletic shorts for her cheer and tumbling practices because they are fitted and not loose. They are comfortable and great quality. I like that they are high waisted because she doesn't like to tuck her shirt in and her shirt flies up a little when flipping. I also like the length because a lot of fitted shorts are too short, but these are perfect.

My daughter likes to wear shorts over her leotard. They have specifications as to what is permitted, and these are perfect. They are true to size and fit comfortably. They don’t ride up on her, and she feels good wearing them. Definitely a great value.

While not competitive, my 9-year-old daughter enjoys gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading. She doesn't care for the way leotards are cut so she prefers to wear tumbling shorts over her leotard. She loves tumbling shorts so much that she pretty much wears them all the time. Tried the QBK shorts, and it fits her perfectly. She gravitates towards black...check! She loves stretchy shorts...check! Dad loves a little longer length...check! Daughter and dad approved.

In my house, we always need shorts for wearing under dresses and school uniform skirts. These are sized extremely small and we can't use them. You can even sort of see it on the model in the pictures--she looks like they are cutting off circulation at the waist. I saw another review saying they ran a bit big, which makes me think they have some significant quality control issues. I would not recommend these at all.

My daughter is 11 years old and wears a US girls' size 10. I took her measurements, compared to the size chart, and ordered size 12 years. The shorts fit quite loosely. These run bigger than the size chart states. I haven't washed them yet so I can't say if they will shrink in the wash. They seem to be well constructed and I like that they are mostly cotton with just a bit of spandex for stretch.

My daughter prefers wearing these basic white shorts under her white basketball and soccer uniforms giving her the security and modesty she’s looking for. She could wear these under everyday outfits too if needed. Fits TTS when referencing the size chart. She’ll probably want the same shorts when she needs to size up again. Great fit and find.
