Great replacement for a single sided, decades old brass mail slot. Most important thing - the screw holes lined up perfectly, although the holes had to be bored out a bit since the new screws were significantly larger. Only challenge - the tension bar for the outside flap was larger than the existing box cut thru the side light. I had to get out a wood file and shave down the sides at the spot where the tension bar sits - maybe 1/8 inch. Only day one, but absolutely gorgeous.

Looks like a nice quality product. However, there were no screws included, despite the description. No template or directions either. It's not possible to trace the outline from the product due to the flaps being in the way. You have to measure and do some guesswork. How much would it cost them to add a template and include the screws they promised?
