This item does not include the exterior flap that is depicted in the pictures. SHAKE DOWN. Now I need to spend another $150 to get it. Seller does not answer the phone and recording says send an email because they cant take the call . Good Grief.

How is someone supposed to know that the "chute" is different than the "letter plate"?! There is nothing in the description that indicates that the picture is misleading. That's very frustrating to say the least!
