Having ordered and lived with several other Cekee stainless steel pans in other sizes, I figured it was a safe bet to go with this brand again when I needed to downsize pans to better fit a large multi-task toaster oven. Turns out that I chose the right brand once again. These stainless steel pans are the real deal, comparatively heavy weight, easy to clean, heat and bake well; they even fit in my sink better. I have yet to experience any warping, just as I haven’t with my other Cekee pans that are several years old now but still look so new they could double as mirrors. And getting sturdy grid style racks included with these pans is a really nice bonus. I look forward to getting years of good performance. I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews, but this company’s products definitely earn every one. Thanks again, Cekee!

I guess I’m a bit behooved by people claiming they warp under heat, and straighten back up when cool. These are small 1/4 (ish) sheet pans. In a countertop convection oven, such as my Breville, the heating isn’t completely even since the pan nearly fills the maximum capacity of the oven. When the pan is full, be it truly full or filled with baguette slices being toasted to make bruschetta, they don’t warp. But if you fill only part of the pan, they do. Not entirely sure what people expect here. They’re inexpensive, and also small, stainless steel pans. They’re a great value, and waaaaay better than the stock pans which came with the Breville oven. The rack is also nice for broiling things, like chicken wings, without making a mess of your oven. So if you want to upgrade your countertop oven or toaster oven pans, don’t hesitate.

Great pans and racks. Heavy duty pans with solid well made racks. The shiny surfaces of the pans make for easy cleaning after cooking directly on the pans surface. Recommend and would buy again.

It is of good construction and size. If you use the racks to thaw or bring meat to room temperature before cooking, it is easy to clean and store when not in use.

I decided to order these pans instead of a more expensive option, and I'm very pleased with their performance. I primarily use these in a toaster oven (I bought them specifically for this purpose as my larger pans wouldn't fit in my toaster oven). They're easy to clean in the dishwasher. They do warp a bit, especially when the pan isn't completely full, but not bad enough to displace food. The racks work well, too. I'm very pleased with the value and usability.

Nice cooling racks for cooking off the pan directly. Very good size perfect for veggies, breaded chicken and baking. Really can use this cooking sheet for everything. I love restaurant quality cookware and that’s what this is

They work very well and yes, they do get very dirty, but I simply put them in a container with some soap and let them sit for a day or two and they are easy to clean up. I did a large brisket, which was on the smoker for 18+ hours and as expected lots of drippings and some dried up, but no big deal
