Queen wear kneepads are always amazing! They are my go-to for pole. Make sure you buy the right size - it should feel very tight at the beginning and the break in period kind of sucks, but once they are broken in they are divine! The slip resistance is fairly good for some intermediate knee grips, like leg hangs, but I would not trust the grip for super knee-dependent grips like Brass Monkey or Russian Layback, but i have yet to find any other grippy kneepads that I would trust for those.Don't forget to clean them regularly to keep the stickiness up! Dry hands can build up on the grippy parts and reduce their effectivenes!

They do all the grippy things I need I’m 5’4 220 I believe I have the 2xl the maybe still a bit small on me. Cause they roll a bit! Other than that great product

I ordered a small and it fits well. It’s snug but I like it that way. The garter straps are a bit loose (but I have skinny legs) so have to tighten them a lot. They are well made. I cannot speak to how well they protect knees for hard style drops and kips, but the padding is thick enough for most average floor work. I also have the regular grippy ones without garter and I tend to grab those more. In general, Queen Wear knee pads tend to conform to your knees the more you wear them. In the beginning they slipped more, but then after a while, they fit better if that makes sense. These do look amazing though. I’m not an advanced dancer so my use tends to be “lightâ€. There are no perfect knee pads out there, so these are pretty good for quality and style overall.

As soon as I did any movement I had to readjust the straps. Maybe it’s just me. I wouldn’t recommend. Certainly not for pole dancing.

After working out in them a few times, they are definitely uncomfortable. The top band is continuously sliding down. They are making my knees hurt because of various pressure points so I will be returning them. They are well-made, maybe just not for me.

Honestly some of the best knee pads I have used. Not only do they look much more sleek and sexy for dancing, but they are flexible and durable. Definitely worth the price!

I have had my eye on these for so long and finally treated myself. They are SO CUTE and the grip helps me still do some tricks on the pole if I want to transition from floor work to the pole. Goes so well with all black outfits.

I love the look; I use them for pole dancing! But the sizing is very weird. The top part is too large, and the knee and below are the right size (I have skinny legs and knees).I don't find them very comfortable, but after a few more wears, hopefully they will feel better!Look amazing, but it's pricy!
