After 5 years of use, this carport is doing well. The galvanization of the frame is holding up well, and none of the frame members are bent. Being under the Southern CA sun, I've replaced the cover (tarp) 2 or 3 times. Purchase of replacement covers (about $100 I believe) was very simple, and only required an email to Quictent, who was very responsive. All in all, this carport performed exactly as I would have liked it to, and was very much worth the money.

I gave a 5 star rating not for the product but for the customer service that I received. Lamya was the customer service associate from Brandline who helped me all throughout the process of part replacements for my carport. I bought my carport in August 2023. After one rainstorm, 2 posts and a foot broke off. The welding was bad and not able to keep the parts together. Parts get all rusted where the joints are. I was very disappointed because it didn’t last very long. Luckily, the manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty on parts. So I contacted Brandline and Lamya looked through my email and pictures, and quickly created a replacement shipment which I received within a few days.I didn’t want to put up the carport until the rainy season is over in case the carport can’t withstand the wind. When the weather gets hotter in May, I decided to put up the carport again. And to my disappointment, 2 different connecting pieces broke off where the welding is due to poor welding and rust! Again, I reached out to Lamya with my issues and pictures. As before, Lamya was very nice and courteous to provide me replacement parts which I received within 3 days. I really appreciate the support that i received from Lamya. Even though I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product, but with the support, that I received from Lamya, really made the difference because issues were resolved quickly and Brandline do take care of their customers.So I’ll buy it again in the future if this one breaks because of the positive experience from Lamya and also because of their simple design and easy installation. If the manufacturer reads this review, I hope that you can improve the quality of your product by using better quality materials (rust free) and instead of welding, you may consider having one piece structure design for the canopy foot and connecting pieces. I’d rather spend more money on an item and have my peace of mind that it will last than get something cheap and broken shortly after.Lamya, thank you so much for your wonderful customer support.

I recently purchased the heavy-duty car canopy, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase. The canopy is made from durable material, and the galvanized frame feels sturdy and secure. I especially like the three reinforced steel cables that add extra stability. It was fairly easy to set up with a little help, and it provides great coverage for my car. The gray color also looks nice and blends well in the backyard.The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that the instructions could have been a bit clearer. It took some trial and error to figure out the best way to assemble everything. But once it was up, it’s been a reliable and strong shelter, even in windy conditions.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable and durable carport or shelter.

Although we had issues with one part being mis-labeled and a couple of missing parts upon delivery, the company was quick to respond and sent us the missing pieces right away. Donna was a great help in resolving our issues and even followed up after the missing parts were received. The canopy is now installed and is very solid. Looks and works great. Thanks to the Quictent team and Donna, especially.

I assembled the structure and noticed that the slight wind that day moved the structure around my driveway. One of the legs knocked against my brother’s car. Luckily not much damage was done but this prompted us to go out of our way to purchase extra materials to secure the structure. I tried better quality ball bungees, more rope for the sides, even added extra concrete blocks with screws to the provided base along with the sand bags. Even though this helped reduce the movement of the legs, the roof and upper portion wobbled and moved a lot to compensate. I feared it would collapse prettily easily and wasn’t willing to risk my car. Therefore, I disassembled the structure within the same day of setting it up. I contacted the seller for a refund and was approved for the refund and given a return label. The instructions to return were confusing so I asked some extra clarifying questions. In the instructions I was told I would have to pay for postage which would for sure be expensive due to the size and weight of the package. Additionally, it said I could use any shipping courier I chose. But then also it said if the provided shipping label company isn’t accessible to me/unable to ship, I can then find my own shipping service to send the product back. However, when I looked at the provided shipping label, there was no listed shipping courier provided. Instead of answering them, the company keeps insisting they send me replacement parts. They even said that because the structure is “used†I can’t return it so instead they’ll give me a $20 gift card and replacement parts. Ridiculous.

I do recommend this solid carport, it not only looks great but it’s also built sturdy. And it’s so easy to assemble it’s ridiculous… the galvanized steel frame snaps together with spring loaded prongs , no worries about it coming apart .. it will also be just as easy to disassemble if necessary… I drilled holes into the concrete slab to bolt it down using tapcon screws.. and I added pipe foam insulation around the pipes for protection against scraping them accidentally… worked out perfectly…
