I don't expect it to last as long as my old one 30+ years and much bigger, but it was time to replace. No issues with installation and all went very well. Needed to replace disposable in sink. This was easy to install. Took 15 min. Quiet. Works great. Good quality & value.

Picked up this 1/2 HP garbage disposal from Hliay when the older one in our kitchen started to fail and this has jumped right in and has performed perfectly and without fail! No leakage when connected and everything fit as expected, and tested with various food items and it has grinded it up no problems! Definitely a great value here and we are happy with this purchase! Plenty of power for what we need and has been a workhorse since installing! Would recommend definitely!

A little worried because I didn’t know this brand but it’s working great. It’s not that quiet but I don’t have a decibel meter to test. Installation was a little trickier than I remember. It took some time getting the fit to seal water tight.

With appliances, everyone always insists on certain brands. Our 30-year-old disposal finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced.After doing some homework I decided to go against recommendations and trust my gut. This unit is identical to the name brand at the hardware store, in-fact I think it might be a little bit quieter.Easy to install, hooked up just like that last one I installed at my mom's house. I had to remove the plug whip as our setup is hardwired (it was very easy to do). No leaks everything I needed was included.Good product and like 50% off the name-brand stuff at the store. If anything goes wrong I filed my 10-year warranty.
