I have purchased 4 bikes at the same time.They looked well made and solid and were at a good price.I haven't had the bikes long enough to comment on the battery life.The assembly of the bikes right out of the box was straight forward. It took me longer to unpack all 4 bikes and to do inventory on all the parts, than to actually assemble all 4 bikes at once.As this being the first time that we have rode an ebike, we like it. It has lots of power and the display gives lots of information. The functionality of the bike is smooth and does not produce a lot of noise, but you can hear when the motor kicks in. I like the fact that the petal assist (PA) has 5 setting/levels/speeds, which also acts like a governor in the throttle only mode to control your speed. I like to use the level 2 in the PA mode.As mentioned, I bought 4 bikes at the same time. All 4 were ordered with the fenders and the rear rack.What I received was 2 with and 2 without the fenders and rear racks.I reached out to the customer service department and told them the situation and surprisingly, in a very timely manner, they responded and quickly resolved the issue. I was very impressed, especially since it's during the Christmas holidays.I think that it's a great buy with a great customer service department.

This bike is solid, fast, stylish, and comfortable – I'm really enjoying it so far. However, there are a few points worth noting:- Weight: It's not a light bike, but that's understandable given the robust battery and electric motor.- Brakes: The brakes could be better. They’re noisy and don’t stop the bike as quickly as I’d like.- PAS Delay: The most significant issue I've experienced is with the Pedal Assistance System (PAS). There's a noticeable delay from when I start pedaling to when the PAS kicks in – nearly 1-2 full pedal revolutions before power engages. I have experience with other electric bikes, both budget and high-end models, and have never encountered this level of delay. It might not seem like much, but it definitely affects the riding experience.I'm considering replacing both the brakes and the cadence sensor, which I believe would make this bike perfect for me.Lastly, customer support from ActBest was not very helpful when I reached out regarding the PAS delay. They didn’t offer much assistance in addressing my concerns.

This bike is solid & very well made. Got this for my 14-year-old son for Christmas and he just loves it. He put 20 miles on it within 12 hours of putting it together. I rode it myself and was surprised on how much pick up it has and how smooth the ride is. I have my son by 130lbs and it had no problems on the full power mode taking me down the rode. Great bike and worth every penny. I highly recommend.

Bike had minimal damage to it andit shipped by the date they had set...easy to assemble even though they didn't give me all the tools I needed would give a five if it went as fast as advertised can get it up to 22 but but 20 is the average speed only downhills can I get to 28 as advertised still a nice bike for the amont I paid I am happy

Had it put together and rideable in about 30 minutes, but I let the battery charge before I took it out. The bike hit 25 mph on a flat run, did 4 miles really quick. Feels sturdy, a little heavy but it's an electric bike so.. I'm super pleased and highly recommend you give it a try! It's great for me because I have arthritis and have had back surgery so I still get a work out and can enjoy biking again!

The bike works okay, but there was no key included to lock the battery. When the battery isn't locked it falls off the bike going over a bump. Pretty upset. Still waiting to see if the seller will fix the problem.

This is a great bike and is running perfectly. my son uses it daily to ride to work 20 miles away and it really is a smooth riding bike!

My order arrived within one week in PERFECT condition.Easy to assemble…25 minutes and I was riding it! The gears easy to shift, the strength of the battery is unbelievable,the seat very comfortable and the battery stays charged for a very long time ( several rides).I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase!!!!

Great bike for first timers in the electric bike genre. Bike was easy to assemble however the instructions leave something to be desired. Clearly these are translated from another language which makes it difficult to interpret. And at the time of purchase, bike description describes this bike as 750w…NOT 350w peak 750w as it says now. Was disappointed to discover the truth upon receiving the bike. Clearly false advertised but we’re still happy with the bike.
