They are just loosely packed in a plastic case, but it's a nice assortment set. Good for rotary tools to use in polishing. Price is okay.

I ordered these discs for the rotary tool on my repair workbench. These work very well. They are perfect for getting rust and debris from tight spaces where other tools wouldn't reach or would scratch adjacent areas while trying. The kit comes with the wheels and the shafts for mounting them. Of course the shafts can also be used for other sorts of abrasive discs, so that's an added bonus. The shafts fit correctly in my rotary tool. My tool is not a real Dremel, but takes the same bits. Five stars.
