It is extremely important to always make sure to allow the engine to cool down before removing the radiator cap, as removing the cap from a hot system can cause sudden coolant spray and severe burns.

I received it in a day. It is in a perfect condition. I put it on to my radiator and it is tightly seated. I drove my car later in a hot day with the AC on, everything was good. I initially ordered another bigger brand cap but they sent me a wrong one. This one is even better in price.

Had a bad cap that was leaking already and came across this page that sold the same one as mine, purchased it. While others are selling radiator caps for high amazon came in clutch for the win and it is worth every penny. Of course you can get a more expensive one but in need of emergency this is your best option. Easy installation, fits spot on no bad fittings or loose ends to it. Quality is good and haven’t had issues since replacing it!

Fits my Civic 2008 LX perfectly. Car is over 15 years old and I was starting to suspect that some of the coolant was slowly evaporating due to a faulty cap. It was cheap enough to replace with this and it fits perfectly. No complaints.

Cap is direct for Orem style. Works great. Local stores have to order it because they don’t keep them in house. Save time just order it online and save your gas looking for it

Do NOT buy this piece of garbage. I put it on my 05 Honda civic and almost destroyed the engine due to overheating.I put the old cap back on and no more overheating or loss of coolant.

The cap is a good replacement for the original. It seems that a common complaint with all replacement Honda radiators now is that the cap doesn't fit. I filed down .5 mm off the outside of the replacement radiator top, sanded the inner surface where the inner seal mates to smooth it out, and bent out the metal tabs on this cap slightly to get it to engage smoothly.
