When I first received this pillow I was a little skeptical as it was something completely different than I had used in the past. I will say finding a pillow case was the most difficult part as this pillow is allot smaller than other pillows but isn’t a deal breaker. I usually wake up with neck or shoulder pain do to my pillow but after using this one all of my pains have gone away and I fell myself feeling better rested each morning since switching to this pillow. If you are a side sleepers or sleep on your back to pass this pillow by.

I am a side sleeper and a belly sleeper. I wanted to try this pillow just to find out if it is more comfortable than my current pillows. I was not very impressed as I thought the pillow was too stiff. I woke up several times and tried to make it more comfortable by shifting positions or attempting to fluff it up.In the end, my old pillow won this battle. I am not sure what the perfect side sleeper or belly sleeper pillow would look like but it is certainly not this. As always, this is my opinion and others may have found it perfect for them.

This pillow had a bit of a learning curve for me. I have slept with normal Walmart pillows for years, despite nearly exclusively sleeping on my side. This pillow features great next support and comfortability. It is kind of stiff, which is why I had to adjust to it. I like it, but this will not be for everyone. If you have severe pain from being a side sleeper, you'll learn to love it quick.

We have been looking at new pillows for a while, something to replace our current memory foam pillows. It has been test in patience, to find a comfortable and firm pillow. This pillow surprised us both because it is firm and lightweight compared to other memory foam pillows. The pillow has 2 sides for back or side sleeping positions, it is a nice size and doesn't smell. A big selling point is my husband says my snoring has improved by 80% so freight train to soft grumble. The biggest selling point for me, I have been using the pillow for the last several weeks and I wake up without headaches or shoulder pain. It's a keeper.
