Best cervical support pillow out there. I've tried 3 other different kinds recently and they either didn't have enough support or squashed flat within a few weeks. This pillow supports both back and side sleeping while preventing neck pain. It's firm enough to maintain shape while sleeping but not so firm that it's uncomfortable. Fantastic value for the price.

Since I’ve had this pillow along with a gel-infused memory foam bed topper, I’ve been getting the best sleep ever. It is soft but not too soft. It’s prefer for me. It supports my neck perfectly. I’m a side sleeper so I still end up sleeping on my arms but I have to work on that. Sometimes I put under my back whenever I’m laying on my back. It relieves pressure for me. So it’s pretty versatile. I love the quality as it does not stay flat whenever I use it. It fluffs right back as if I wasn’t just on it. Because I’m a side sleeper I’m not so sure if the design is either here or there but I love it nonetheless.

This pillow is well made and seems durable with its own pillow case. It came vacuum sealed and well packaged even though the outer box was demolished this was untouched. It didn't have a smell as most bedding does when shipped. My only complaint is that as a side sleeper with broad shoulders I had to stick a small flat pillow under it as its not as thick as most pillows I use. After this it aligns perfectly and is great to use. Typically when switching pillows I suffer through headaches and a stiff neck for a few days but that didn't occur when switching to this pillow.Pros:-Well Made-Durable-Nice material for case-No smell-Plumped up in about 2 hoursCons:-Not as thick as a normal pillow (needed a elevation boost from a thin pillow to properly align for me)I would recommend this pillow and would buy it again.

Wasn’t too sure at first but the instructions say to try it for 3-4 days before really deciding. After 4 or 5 days, I figured out how to comfortably use it for me personally, and now I really like this pillow! It was a lot firmer than I’d expected it to be, but it’s still pretty comfortable. If you get this pillow, definitely give it a few days, up to a week, and try it in different positions to see what works best for you. I’d been waking up with horrible neck, shoulder, and back pain, and having trouble sleeping. I can honestly say I no longer wake up with this pain and I sleep better with this pillow.

OK , so i bought one of these pillows just to see what all the hype is about . i bought this first one back in December of 2024 .and just loved it . opened the box and yes it did have an odor and it stated that it would . you are supposed to let it air out for a few days which i did . after 4 days it seamed that the odor has dissipated so i gave it a try . and let me till you after 2 days of sleeping on this pillow it was a match made in heaven . and the smell pretty much went away . so i decided to buy another one so i had matching pillows on my bed which i did buy one more in late February . went through the same process let it set out for several days . BUT the smell never went away . and now it has been over 2 weeks and this pillow still has a terrible odor . and does not seam to be getting any better . but i tried to use it any way and let me till you i am not at all happy with this last purchase i had to take it back off my bed so i did not smell this thing all night while i tried to sleep . so sad because i really did love the first one . but this second one is trash to me . i hope you that reed this take that in consideration when you buy your pillows . that one may still smell after it sits out for a several days . I’ve been holding off my review until I used it for awhile. It’s been 2 months and my neck and back pain are GONE. I’m very particular about my sleeping arrangements, I’m an habitual person, and I don’t do well with change. That being said, changing to this pillow was a massive adjustment for me physically and mentally but my neck and back pain began overriding everything I felt when I was waking up over 10 times a night. While it did take some time to adjust, I could NEVER go back to a normal pillow. My 13 year old asked for one, I got my husband one, and 2 of my good friends are now using it. This pillow was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my body. And, it hasn’t gotten hot. It’s sturdy and heavy. Size is accurate per my chiropractor’s suggestion. And it hasn’t lost its shape. You can wash the pillow case but it is a little difficult, I just threw a standard size pillow case on it. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PILLOW ENOUGH!

Best decision to buy these pillows for me and my husband. Since we have used them we have no more neck, hip and back pain!! And we sleep a lot better as well. Highly recommended them for better sleep and pain management. As long as your spine is aligned properly when u sleep then your whole body feels the difference.

Upgraded review as seller was super responsive and reached out. While I still don't love the pillow I would definitely shop with this seller again. This pillow does not provide good support for your neck if you are a side sleeper. If I sleep on my back with this pillow my lower back ends up hurting. It doesn't feel like memory foam. It is not firm at all. It's extremely squishy and just doesn't support my neck at all.
