Goes together easy, not a simple instruction, just the picture and that is all you need. No tools and ready in 2 minutes. This was on sale so I paid a bargain price, it is the best I have seen online in this price range. I would buy this again, but this will last forever

This is a sturdy ab roller. Easy to assemble. Works just as it should. I'm 230 lbs and it supports my weight without any issue. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the knee pad is very thin and a hole started wearing in it after just a few uses. If the item came without the knee pad at all, I'd give it 5 stars. So buy it for the roller, but don't expect the pad to last.

If you stick with using this thing it will most definitely work your core. That being said, there is some nuance to using it without hurting yourself. It's definitely sturdy as I've let several people in the family try it out and a few of them were over 250 lbs. It comes with a little knee mat which is a nice addition but if you're wanting to use this thing on a hard surface I would recommend a yoga mat, or something thicker and bigger. Worth the money for a quick core workout at home that tucks away easily.

Wheels are very small. Cheaply made: there is no bearing and the plastic wheel directly rubs against the metal bar. This adds friction making the workout ineffective, unless you are really really weak and out of shape like the misses.
