Installed with these. AC works again using this to delete the rear coil that one of the lines had a hole in. AC is back running.

I have a 2017 Ford explorer 3.5 with rear ac and the lines broke in the middle of summer. This made it a very quick fix just for the summer and it fit perfectly The very best way to do it is to remove the intake manifold. To charge the Freon was the most important part. Usually with the rear a.c the car takes 2.38 lbs of Freon (R134a) but since your “deleting†the rear a.c I found the best quantity of Freon is 1.63 lbs. my so far has been working perfectly fine.

I bought this block off kit because a heat shield rubbed a hole in my rear ac lines and I dont have time to replace them at this time. I thought the kit would block off the ports so I can pressurize the system so I can atleast have ac in the front but this product alone will leave the rest of the system open to the atmosphere I have a 2017 ford expedition and I can clearly say it does not do what you'd expect.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Expedition. The AC was not working. I called an AC company and they said it was likely the AC lines which run from the front to the back of the vehicle. They said it would cost around $4000 to repair. They said I could block off the lines running to the rear of the vehicle.I purchased an AC recharge kit from amazon for $200 and these blocks. It took me 10 minutes to install the blocks. I recharged the system 4 months ago and the AC is blowing ICE COLD. So far so good. Might not be as cool for the 3rd row seats, but I don't use them.
