Not easy to install but works well. I tried just replacing the cables and the connections were too loose and they would come apart. Much easier to replace the entire unit.

The fit was not correct . If you look at the photo, the original part is on the right and the replacement is on the left. There are three bolts that hold this in place. Notice that the middle tab on the left-hand side jets out a little farther and not at the precise angle. The hole doesn’t lineup. That hole is also supposed to threaded and it isn’t.Lastly, when mounted the mechanism butts up against the door and will not operate properly. I am returning this one and using the Dorman brand

I was hesitant to purchase this product at first, but I am glad I did. My passenger door stopped working and this assembly was exactly what I needed. I have been thoroughly impressed with its reliability and overall value. I can now open and close my door easily. Now the door latches look like they are brand new.It was easy to install and has been working flawlessly ever since. I no longer have any issues with my door now. In terms of pricing, I believe I got excellent value for the price. This seems to be on the cheaper side compared to similar products on the market. I hope it continues to work for years to come.
