I was a little leery about this part. O'Reilly Auto parts told me I had to special order it from a dealership. and then I found this part on Amazon for a lower price than I thought this would have been.It absolutely 100% fit my 2015 ram ProMaster 1500. It actually feels more heavy duty than the original part. It installed very simply by removing the old part by removing two Allen bolts. I did need a second pair of hands to help take some of the door weight up to line things up. but with two people and less than 2 minutes we swapped out this middle sliding door hinge.is a very easy repair. this is the right part if your middle sliding door hinge needs replacement on a ram. ProMaster.

so happy I tried it. It worked like a charm and seems durable enough for now. Much cheaper than the original OEM part. So glad I tired it. Easy to install too just folowed the steps in another comment. No need to fully remove the door. Had to use the adjustment bolt on it too to be able to close the door. Glas there was that adjustement. would buy again and recommend!

I purchased this sliding door roller hinge to replace the worn out one on one of my RAM ProMaster 2500s. The installation was easy and the part fit perfectly. Had some doubts when I saw the part, it didn't look exactly like the original one, but it works perfectly.Installation is straightforward:1- Open the door slightly, let the door rest on something sturdy, using a hitch or something like that.2- Remove the black plastic cap at the end of the sliding rail.3- Using the proper Allen key, remove the 2 screws that attach the sliding roller on the door.4- Slide out the broken part, slide in the new one, and reattach the 2 screws starting with the top one.
