Ordered one for my car that was having a locking problem. Replaced and door wouldnt shut correct. No big deal just a waste of 2 hours of work. They shipped a replacement it worked fine and 4 days later door doesnt latch correctly when shutting..

The back door wouldn’t open on the car any more. Bought this to replace the broken one. I highly recommend watching lots of how to videos on YouTube if you’ve never had to replace a door actuator on a Hyundai before. The new part worked great once replaced.

This failed in September 2024 and I purchased it October 2023 so less than a year in and it's not latching the door. I wouldn't buy this brand. I bought oem for the driver side 2 years earlier and I needed one quickly for the passenger side the oem is still going. I'll update if the customer service is great though.I wrote the company and not a peep from them. I'll stick with the seller on thE bay but in a pinch I'll make sure it's not this seller. I'd avoid.

Last year , I had issue with 2 other door of my Elantra. Was replaced in dealership. This year the other door, so I replaced it by myself. It's not that hard , but took 2 hours. It's working now, but not sure how long it will last.

Cables that came with this unit were too long had to take the ones out of my old unit for it to work the latch eventually worked
