I have a 2016 Toyota RAV4 and I'm just putting this out there as a heads up for anyone who may benhaving some trouble removing the rear wiper arm. so my whole windshield wiper rear arm needed to be replaced to get the arm detached I had to use a windshield wiper puller tool. Mine also was weathered and worn due to not being ever changed so there was rust and everything like that so if you're having the same issue, just make sure you use a windshield wiper puller tool it'll make your life a lot easier and you won't have as much trouble as I did. Products great came with arm and windshield wiper. Hope this will help, there wasn't much online of having to.use this tool and i have no knowledge of taking apart auto parts, this would gave helped me tremendously.

Perfect fit on my 2021 Highlander Hybrid. By twisting the blade the wrong way while trying to remove it, a small plastic pin broke inside the arm. This can’t be permanently repaired, even using epoxy glue. Ordered this arm, it comes with a blade that you need to attach (a 15 second job). You then mark the position of the wiper arm before removing it so it can be positioned at the same angle. I used green painter’s tape for this but it’s not essential. You then unscrew the arm using a 10mm socket, you pull it out and replace it with the new one.It works fine and looks exactly like the OEM one. Inside spring is also the same size.Oh and it’s 80% less expensive than buying it from a Toyota dealer. Ask for a quote, you’ll be shocked.
