The back didn't snap together no matter how hard I pushed. If it's not supposed to snap then my complaint is that it leans way too far back. The sides could only fit one of the 2 attachments and yes I tried switching them. Each side is identical. The picture shows that only one side slips in. Not the other.

It comes in two boxes and very easy to assemble. It just took me less than 10 mins to fully assemble and start relaxing. The chair is built very strong and sturdy. The fabric is good quality comes with two extra cushions for hand rest that feels soft smooth and relaxing. The rocker , swivel features are top notch and smooth and quiet. I have been taking naps on this chair in reclining position during days and feel very good about it. The other best feature is that its not very big and bulky that occupies the entire space in your room. It is surprisingly small and space savior. It is one good quality chair that meets my needs.
